Finding the right broker or lender is crucial to your home buying success.
It's up to you to determine which lender is best for your needs. A brokers job is to find the best possible loan available to you, however many are limited to a few lenders.
Don't be afraid to ask up front what your interests are, be it low payments, quick payoff off of the mortgage or low closing costs. A good broker who works to find the best package for you and takes you thruogh the process effortlessly is worth the initial fee, provided the process is explained throughly and executed as initially stated. Don't be afraid to ask questions. |
